When will I receive my withdrawal?

We’ll send your withdrawal as soon as you ask for it. After that, your bank takes it from there.

How long does it take?

Payment method	How long it usually takes
Visa debit	Usually 30 minutes or less. Sometimes up to 4 hours
Mastercard	Around 30 minutes if your bank supports fast payments. Otherwise 1 to 3 working days
Apple Pay	This goes back to the card in your Apple Wallet, so timing depends on whether it’s Visa debit or Mastercard
Bank transfer	Usually 1 to 3 working days. Bank holidays can make it a little longer

No stress. A few things can affect the timing.

Working days are Monday to Friday, so a Friday withdrawal might not show until Tuesday.
If more than 30 minutes have passed for a card withdrawal, it’s usually sitting with your bank or card provider.
If it’s been more than 3 working days, your bank should be able to trace the payment.
